Fast Food Protesters Hurt

Fast food workers walked off the job today at numerous restaurants, for 15 dollars an hour and they want a union.
In Flint, the rally was marred by an apparent accident, when a pickup truck ran into the crowd of protesters near a McDonald’s. 8 people were injured according to police. Gretchen Whitmer, Democrat candidate for governor, was there.
Police say it appears to be an accident. The driver stopped and is cooperating.
Another vehicle was in the way and the pickup also slammed into that vehicle and kept it from hitting more people.
