He liked to go to libraries, but he was booked because it wasn’t for the books.
32 year old Pavel Mirzoyan is due in court today on a charge of indecent exposure at the Farmington Hills Public Library.
The case goes back to November of last year where a witness had reported him exposing himself.
Police say it took them all of this time to identify him.
He was arrested after police had reviewed security videos and photos from several area libraries that had reported cases of indecent exposure between November and December of last year.
