The food worker who was caught spitting on the pizza at Comerica Park has been tested for diseases.
20 year old Jaylon Kerley has tested negative for infectious diseases. No STD’s, no hepatitis.
Kerley was caught on video spitting on a pizza at Comerica Park when he was working during a Tigers game September 21st. Kerley is charged with a felony and a misdemeanor for food law violations.
A condition of his bond is undergoing testing for diseases.
People who bought pizza’s at the ballpark have been concerned that the worker may have spit on their pizza. The county prosecutor says they’ve been inundated with phone calls from the public.
Kerley was fired by Detroit Sportservice, the caterer at Comerica Park.
