How to build new bathrooms without spending any money.
That was one of the ideas from Karen Spranger, the former clerk of Macomb County, which have come out of depositions in lawsuits filed by former employees.
Spranger once suggested installing toilets over holes in the floor containing fecal eating worms as a way to add more bathrooms to the county building.
The depositions were obtained by the Free Press.
Spranger was removed from office for violating residency rules. Spranger has not shown up for any of the depositions.
The depositions also show how Spranger decided to run for the office. Spranger decided which party to affiliate with by flipping a coin. It came up Republican.
