A Saginaw area police officer is in critical but stable condition after he was shot by a man driving a stolen truck.
Police arrested Joshua Rosebush in Flint after a manhunt. Rosebush has a criminal record. He was wanted for stolen goods and other crimes. Police say Rosebush fired at officers.
