Snow will be joined by bitter cold, and it will get colder when the snow ends.
More than 800 schools and districts are closed.
The most snow will be north of I-69.
Slightly less south of I-69.
Many snow emergencies have been declared.
During a snow emergency, residents are not allowed to park on city streets so plows can go thru.

Some airline cancellations are reported.
