A Pittsburgh couple had come to Detroit earlier this month to see a show at the Detroit Opera House.
They’re due back in town today because of the trouble caused by that visit.
50 year old Khari Mosley and his 41 year old wife Chelsea Wagner are facing charges of disorderly conduct and resisting police.
It started when Mosely became upset because he did not have a room key and the hotel would allow him up to the room.
The room had been registered in his wife’s name.
Police took him upstairs where Wagner confirmed that Mosley was her husband.
But the hotel was kicking Mosely out because of the fuss he had caused.
As police were taking him away, his wife began shoving police and she was arrested, according to police.
The couple says it was a misunderstanding and that they did nothing wrong.
