Iraqi Detainees Can Be Deported

Hundreds of Iraqi detainees, slated for deportation, were allowed to stay in the U-S as the ACLU went to court to try to block the deportations. After 2 years of court action, the full 6th U-S Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against a decision by a Detroit federal judge that allowed them to stay.
The full court rules that U-S Immigration can go ahead and round up these detainees, and deport them.
They have all broken rules governing their stays in the U-S, some of them minor offenses that occurred many years ago.
The ACLU says it is out of options.
