Pittsburgh Couple Fights Charges In Detroit

A Pittsburgh-area man and wife are continuing to fight charges involving a disturbance at Detroit’s Westin Book Cadillac hotel.

Chelsea Wagner and her husband Khari Mosley were in Detroit on March 6th to attend a concert.

The hotel wanted Mosley removed after he argued with employees.

As police were trying to take him out, officers say the wife interfered and pushed an officer.

She was charged with obstructing police and is to be arraigned today.

Her husband is charged with disorderly conduct and is due in court today for a pre-trial conference.

Both say they did nothing wrong and have said they will file suit against the hotel and the city of Detroit.
