The old Summit Place Mall in Waterford is being torn down. In it’s place the Oakland County Business Center is coming… a 63-million dollar redevelopment that will bring more than one-million square feet of commercial space, and lots of new jobs.
It will also require construction of new roads and infrastructure.
Ari-El Enterprises, a Southfield company, is the developer.
Waterford Twp. officials have been working for years to bring something new to the former shopping center.
