DTE Energy says 91,000 homes and businesses are still without power. DTE says they think 90 percent of all storm customers will be restored by end of day.

Customers who have been without power for 120 hours or longer may be eligible for a $25 credit on their bills. That’s a regulation on utilities from the Michigan Public Service Commission.
Sally Talberg, chair of the commission, says contact the utility if you think you are due a credit.
