What’s cookin’ on the grill during the pandemic?

With temperature’s projected to flirt with 70 this weekend a lot of people are pulling the cover off the grill but the question is now that the backyard grilling season is heating up, will there be meat to grill?   Experts are warning there may be a shortage of pork and poultry due to the Covid 19 pandemic.  Almost a third of the U.S. pork capacity is down and the first poultry plant closed late last week, all due to the high rate of Covid 19 among workers in the plants.
