He’s been clipped with two tickets from police for violating the governor’s order to stay closed. It’s a 90 day misdemeanor and-or a 500-dollar fine. He says he takes safety precautions, sanitizing and wearing a mask. The 77 year old town barber says he’s staying open unless they take him out in handcuffs or taser him.
