House Speaker Kevin McCarthy Calls for Impeachment Inquiry Against President Biden

WASHINGTON, D.C., Sept. 13, 2023 ~ Kevin McCarthy has ordered a formal impeachment investigation against President Biden without a full House vote. 

The investigation aims to determine if President Biden acted in wrongful behavior regarding personal family foreign business dealings during his years as vice president. Along with the allegations, McCarthy suggests that the Biden family’s special treatment demonstrates an “abuse of power, obstruction, and corruption,” urging for further investigation by the House of Representatives.
