WHITMORE LAKE, MI, Jan. 3, 2023 ~ The victims of the deadly house explosion in Whitmore Lake were identified as the Bragg family from Arkansas.
Hope and Don Bragg, along with their children Kenny and Elizabeth, were killed in the Dec. 30 explosion of Richard Pruden‘s house, Hope Bragg’s father, while the family was visiting for the holidays. Pruden and the Bragg’s third child was also injured in the blast, which the Northfield Township Police Department blamed on a “fuel-air explosion.”
A vigil for the family is scheduled for 3 p.m. Jan. 6 at Whitmore Lake High School. A GoFundMe for Pruden’s medical expenses has been set up by his nephew.
