HOUSTON, Jan. 9, 2023 ~ The Michigan Wolverines roared into celebration Monday evening after the team defeated the Washington Huskies 34-13, ending a 26 drought of national football championships.
The Wolverines came out on top undefeated this season at 15-0, setting a perfect record all the way to the championship. The team reached this peak despite their woes with a sign-stealing scandal that made national headlines and saw head coach Jim Harbaugh suspended for their last three regular season games.
