BLOOMINGTON, IN, March 10, 2024 ~ The Indiana Hoosiers defeated Michigan State 65-64 in the Spartans‘ regular season finale on Sunday at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington.
The Spartans came out extremely slow. Just over 10 minutes into the game, Michigan State found themselves down 17. Fortunately for the green and white, an 8-0 run to close out the second half would allow the Spartans to only trail by five going into halftime.
To start out the second half, Michigan State would get 12 straight points off threes. With that, the Spartans were able to get out to a seven-point lead that the Hoosiers would quickly reel in.
