Michigan Sees 5 Cent Bump in Gas Prices From Last Week

MICHIGAN, April 2, 2024 ~ Michigan gas prices saw a spike from last week, increasing to an average of $3.62 across the state.

Despite recently seeing a small decrease in demand at gas pumps, the state of Michigan saw a 5-cent increase from last week, according to AAA. GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan told WJR‘s Paul W. Smith that the national average for gas has remained steady at about $3.50.
