Metro Detroit Graffiti Artist BVIS Faces Up to 24 Years in Prison

DETROIT, June 17, 2024 ~ A Hazel Park graffiti artist faces over 24 years in prison for painting cartoon heads around the metro Detroit area.

Residents have probably seen spraypainted drawings of Beavis from the hit MTV show “Beavis and Butt-Head” popping up around metro Detroit in the past couple of years. Last week, Detroit Police issued a search warrant at the home of Bryan Herrin, also known as BVIS, on six charges of malicious destruction of property. He faces up to 24 years in prison, according to the Detroit Free Press.
