ROYAL OAK, MI, July 15, 2024 ~ Hundreds of local sports personalities and legends gathered Monday to help raise money for Sparky Anderson’s CATCH Charity for Children.

The CATCH Golf Classic took place at Red Run Golf Club, featuring live broadcasts of WJR‘s “All Talk with Jordan and Dietz” and “SportsWrap.” The golf classic featured a scramble format with the option of a celebrity golfer in each group, with sponsorships ranging from $3,500 to $35,000.

CATCH, founded by former Detroit Tigers Manager Sparky Anderson in 1987, works to improve the quality of life for pediatric patients and their families at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Henry Ford Hospital. The organization runs fundraisers to help raise funds for children in need that may otherwise fall through the cracks.
