DETROIT, Aug. 9, 2024 ~ The 43rd Annual March of Dimes Golf Classic will be held at the Cardinal at St. John’s Resort on Monday, August 12. Chris DuComb of W.C. DuComb Company, whose personal connection to the cause stems from his late uncle Bill who was born premature, will be the presenting sponsor for this event. The March of Dimes nonprofit is dedicated to improving the health of mothers and babies, while focusing on eliminating preventable maternal risks, preterm births, and infant deaths.
This event is utilized to raise funds and encourages community engagement among industry clients and vendors. This year a Par 3 Challenge will be introduced on a newly revamped course and putting green, allowing attendees to enjoy a nine-hole game.

With the combination of an appealing venue and a public silent auction that will feature items like golf passes and Red Wings tickets donated by DuComb, he’s enthusiastic about the success of this event and the exposure it will bring to March of Dimes.
