MICHIGAN, Sept. 10, 2024 ~ On Monday, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s name will stay on the state’s November ballot, despite his desire to be removed.

The court overruled a Michigan Court of Appeals order the remove the independent presidential candidate’s name, with Michigan Secretary of State Jocyln Benson objecting to his name being removed, arguing it was too late. The Supreme Court argued that Kennedy’s legal team failed to point to a legal reason why his name should be removed. Ballots for the November election going to overseas military members are set to go out in a few weeks.
