Riley Greene’s crucial double in the 7th inning was pivotal in sealing the win. The Tigers will continue their series against the White Sox with games on Saturday and Sunday at Comerica Park.
With their playoff berth confirmed, the Tigers now aim to move up from the Wild Card slot. To achieve this, they must win their remaining games, while the Baltimore Orioles must lose theirs.
