MICHIGAN, Oct. 21, 2024 ~ After a week of rigorous campaigning in Michigan, polls in the presidential race indicate that that key swing state is still a razor-thin toss-up.

Presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump made several stops in the Mitten State last week, about two weeks before the election on Nov. 5. A new poll from Washington Post and Schar School found that likely voters slightly prefer Harris at 49% to Trump’s 47%. An aggregate of recent polls from FiveThirtyEight found that the race is effectively tied, with Harris only up by 0.1% as of Monday.
