MICHIGAN, Oct. 29, 2024 ~ Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is asking the Supreme Court to remove his name from the presidential slot on Michigan‘s ballot, despite 1.9 million ballots already cast in the state.
In a Monday filing to the Supreme Court, the Michigan Secretary of State office argued that it is too late to remove his name a week ahead of the election, with many voters already casting ballots through early voting and absentee ballots. Kennedy dropped out about two months ago to endorse Donald Trump, and now is trying to get his name removed from the ballots in Michigan and Wisconsin to try to not take votes away from him in these swing states.
