Former Judge Gerald Rosen Publishes Book on Navigating Detroit’s Bankruptcy

Dec. 4, 2024 ~ Gerald Rosen, former U.S. district chief judge, has a new book called “Grand Bargain” which takes a look at Detroit’s journey from bankruptcy to rebirth, during which he helped the city navigate the turbulent times of bankruptcy.
