DETROIT, Jan. 23, 2025 ~ An office tower in the Renaissance Center is heading to an online auction from March 17-19.

Tower 600 is a largely empty, 334,000-square-foot tower built in 1981, which Farmington Hills-based Friedman Real Estate will represent in the auction. The future of the Renaissance Center has been in question ever since General Motors announced it would move out of its towers last year.
