DEARBORN, Feb. 25, 2025 ~ WJR will continue to help the Salvation Army of Metro Detroit continue fighting local hunger and homelessness with its 38th Annual Bed & Bread Club Radiothon.
On Friday, WJR personalities will be live from 5 a.m.-7 p.m. at Ford’s Garage restaurant in Dearborn, helping raise funds million for the Salvation Army’s Bed & Bread program. Listeners will be able to donate by calling in during the broadcast.

Feb. 25, 2025 ~ The Salvation Army’s Bed and Bread Club Radiothon is an annual event hosted by 760 WJR to combat hunger and homelessness in metro Detroit. Now in its 38th year, the radiothon raises crucial funds that enable the Salvation Army to provide essential services to vulnerable individuals year-round. Bob Mailloux, director of operations for the Great Lakes Harbor Light System joins Guy Gordon, Lloyd Jackson, and Jamie Edmonds to look ahead at this week’s radiothon!
