State Scholarships Have Not Effected Michigan College Enrollment

March 20, 2025 ~ College enrollment rates in Michigan have significantly decreased, despite substantial scholarship investments. Before the pandemic, around 62% of the 2019 graduating class attended college within six months, with only 53.4% of the class of 2024 enrolling into college.
