MICHIGAN, April 21, 2025 ~ A local doctor and investor recently purchased one of the towers at the Renaissance Center, with plans to convert it into high-end apartments and office space.
Dr. Mahomoud Al-Hadidi purchased Tower 600 for $9.4 million, with the plans for office space to house his investment firm, Stockbridge Enterprise. Portions of the RenCen are currently planned to be demolished following General Motors‘ planned departure, with billionaire Dan Gilbert’s Bedrock Detroit firm working on redeveloping the main towers of the RenCen.
