MICHIGAN, April 22, 2025 ~ Another candidate has jumped into the race for Michigan‘s open Senate seat, this time being U.S. Rep. Haley Stevens (MI-11).
Stevens enters the Democratic primary alongside State Sen. Mallory McMorrow (D-Royal Oak) and former Wayne County Health Director Abdul El-Sayed, with former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers the only official GOP primary candidate so far. They are vying to replace Sen. Gary Peters (MI-D), who is not running for re-election in 2026.
