Farmington Hills man charged for road rage/impersonating an officer

A Farmington Hills man is facing several charges in an apparent road rage incident.

Police say 34 year old Daniel McKinney was angry at a woman for speeding through his subdivision.  So he rammed her van repeatedly with his car and then claimed he was a police officer as he threw her to the ground at a nearby gas station.  The incident happened last Thursday. The woman had pulled into the gas station after her van was hit several times by McKinney.  He’s now facing charges of assault, reckless driving and impersonating an officer.
