A Detroit grandmother has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after a 13-year-old was killed while playing with her gun.
58 year old Lise Cox is charged along with her 13-year-old grandson, who is accused of pulling the trigger. He is charged as a juvenile.
The grandson and some friends were in the house on Tireman while Cox was at work. They found her gun, began playing with it, and the 13 year old, Emarjae Watkins, was shot and killed.
