An 18-year-old man was shot by police after he allegedly attacked an officer with a lawn mower blade in Trenton. The incident happened Thursday afternoon. Officers responded to reports of a young man highly agitated and possibly under the influence of drugs.
When officers arrived, they were attacked by the man with a lawn mower blade. Police said officers first tried to subdue him with a Taser. When that didn’t work, they fired one gunshot. The man later died of his injuries.
