Detroit Police are investigating after a man is found shot in the head on the city’s west side. Police say the man was shot while driving. Police are now trying to determine if shots were fired into the vehicle. The man’s Chrysler crashed following the shooting. Police are searching for two black men who were seen running from the scene.
