Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan will give the annual state of the city address tonight. Duggan will declare the state of the city is strong and getting better.
Duggan is expected to talk about development in downtown, efforts to improve neighborhoods, and the threat that the state will close two dozen schools in the city. Duggan is running for re-election. This will be Duggan’s fourth such address. It starts at 7pm. You can see it here at wjr.com.
