He’s a former Boy Scout troop leader and worked as a U-S Customs and Border Patrol officer.
A preliminary exam is scheduled for today for David Radecki.
He is charged with inappropriate contact with a 12 year old boy in Romulus.
Romulus police say they began an investigation in October of last year after the boy came forward and said that he had been touched on multiple occasions by Radecki.
Boy Scout officials say they stopped him from any further scout activities after hearing of the allegations.
Romulus police are asking that anyone else who believes they were a victim of Radecki to call the department.
