Bizarre Human Trafficking In Court

It started out as a case of identity theft.

A Detroit man is scheduled to go on trial today in Detroit Federal Court in what officials are calling a very bizarre case.

Ryan Travis is facing charges of child pornography and sex trafficking.

Police had gone to his home during an investigation in to credit card fraud and identity theft.

In the home investigators say they found a 25 year old woman in the living room chained to a stripper pole.

In another search they found three women who he claimed were his wives along with a cell phone with multiple images of sexually explicit images of young children.

Travis was charged with producing, transporting and possession child porn and sex trafficking, charges that could send him to prison for up to 30 years.
