38-thousand DTE customers are without power after heavy rain and wind did the usual damage.
DTE said the outages are scattered across the region, with many of the outages reported north of I-69 in the Thumb area.
Crews have already restored thousands of outages. The company says more than 50-thousand customers suffered outages at the height of the problems.
