A Farmington Doctor who was accused of kissing a teen during an examination last year has been sentenced in an assault and battery case.
The judge sentencing Dr. Elizer Monge to up to two years probation, community service and mental health counseling.
He’s accused of making lewd comments and trying to kiss 18 year old Sammi Steen during an examination. His attorney says his client denies any wrong doing and has not been accused of a crime in more than 50 years in practice.
