With more heavy rain expected, our entire area is under a Flash Flood Watch until midnight. Counties include Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw, Saint Clair, Monroe, Livingston, Lenawee, Lapeer and Genesee.
A Flood Warning is in effect for the lower Rouge River in Inkster and Dearborn until Wednesday morning.
