Kalamazoo Mass Shooter Due In Court

The Uber driver accused of fatally shooting six people in the Kalamazoo area in February of last year will be the subject of a court hearing today.

A Kalamazoo County Circuit Court judge has said he would rule today on a defense motion to throw out statements made by Jason Dalton.

At the time of his arrest, Dalton told authorities that he was being controlled by a ‘devil figure’ on his Uber app.

The attorney say police continued to question his client even though he had asked for an attorney.

The 46 year old Dalton is awaiting trial on six counts of open murder.
