An FBI translator who was working with the Detroit office and had top security clearance, was supposed to investigate a member of ISIS but according to newly released reports, she instead ended up falling in love with him and marrying him.
Daniela Green fell in love with Denis Cuspert, a German born rapper known as Deso Dogg. She left her husband to marry him in 2014. Cuspert was featured in several disturbing video’s spouting ISIS propaganda and holding severed heads. Green ran off to Syria to marry him, lying to federal officials saying she was going to visit family in Germany. The report says he realized her mistake and returned to the US where she was arrested. She cooperated with officials and earned just two years in prison. She could have earned a much longer sentence. The story has remained a secret until authorities unsealed the documents earlier this year.
