Dems: 800-Call Mark?

He’s got the name— and the money.

Mark Bernstein, of the Sam Bernstein law firm, is weighing a possible run for the Democratic nomination for governor next year.
Mark Bernstein tells Paul W. Smith he thinks serious issues face Michigan and he would like to have a role in facing them.

Among top Democrats, Cong. Dan Kildee of Flint says he will not run. Former state senator Gretchen Whitmer of East Lansing is running.

Mark Bernstein is a regent at the University of Michigan.   Bernstein’s brother Richard is a Michigan Supreme Court justice, elected in 2014.
