A 5-year-old Detroit girl mauled Tuesday by a pack of mixed-breed dogs at a home on Detroit’s east side is improving.
A man who lives at a home on Holcomb Street is in police custody for past violations involving his dogs.
The girl is still listed in critical condition at the hospital.
