Where is Nathan Greiwe?
The teen walked away from his grandfather’s home in Orion Township, and that triggered the closing of nearby schools.
Nathan Greiwe is a 16 year old, sent to live at the Oakland County Youth Home. He spent the weekend at his grandfather’s house, but then walked away. The grandfather says he thinks his grandson took a gun from the house.
Lake Orion schools closed all buildings as a precaution. The Oakland County sheriff’s says Greiwe does not have a history of violence, and no threat was made aimed at schools. But it’s the gun that prompted the school district to act. Greiwe is a former Lake Orion student.
Nathan Greiwe is white, 5-9, 140, last seen wearing a Red Wings hoodie, a white shirt, and black shorts. He’s believed to be on foot. he told his grandfather he wanted to try out for the Lake Orion High School football team.
