Ohio will kill a killer. Ohio will begin executions again today , using a drug combination more than three years after a botched execution put a halt to the practice.
Ronald Phillips is scheduled to be executed using a new combination of three drugs
Phillips was originally scheduled for execution in 2013 for the rape and murder of his girlfriend’s daughter. He has evaded execution several times due to difficulties in obtaining the drugs.
Authorities say he wanted a large cheese pizza for his last meal.
