Miami Judge Mindy Glazer did a double take in her courtroom on Thursday when she recognized childhood friend Arthur Booth. Booth, 49 was arrested on Monday on multiple charges including burglary, grand theft, fleeing and existing arrest. Glazer and Booth attended the same middle school. “I’m sorry to see you there, I always wondered what happened to you sir,” Glazer said, “This was the nicest kid in middle school, he was the best kid in middle school. I used to play football with him, all the kids, and look what has happened.” Booth, overcome with emotion buried his head in his hands repeating, “Oh my goodness,” as Glazier concluded the hearing.
