A Warren woman is in custody after the death of her baby boy in a bathtub. Neighbors say the woman left the 8 month old baby alone in the bathtub for a time, and when she came back he was under the water. This happened at the Warren Manor apartments. The baby was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The mother ran to a neighbor when she discovered the baby lifeless in the tub.
She did CPR but it was too late.
