A two-year-old boy from South Rockwood is dead and police have made an arrest in the case. The Wayne County Medical examiner says it’s murder. Police say Roger Schear has been charged with homicide, first degree child abuse and two more counts of third degree abuse. The infant’s mother, Jordan Henry has been charged for allowing Schaer to care for him when she knew he was hurting the child. The coroner says it was blunt force trauma to the head. The boyfriend could get life and the mother 10 years.
